These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voyez mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by Voyez ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Voyez. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@voyez.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account use.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Voyez on your Android device. You may not:
Voyez Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features (unlimited trips, unlimited AI suggestions, full offline access, and more).
You own the trip data, notes, and other content you create in Voyez. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Voyez uses AI (large language models) for activity suggestions, schedule rebalancing, budget predictions, and Booking Import. These features are provided for convenience and inspiration only. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific situation. Always verify information (opening hours, booking details, flight times) from authoritative sources before you travel. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
When you use Booking Import (Pro), you may paste text or upload a PDF of a booking confirmation. By submitting this content you confirm you have the right to share it. The content is processed by our AI service solely to extract travel events; it is not stored after the request is complete.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voyez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not made any payments).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Sections 8, 9, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via an in-app notice).
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If not resolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
